Customer Service Advisor

Our 9-acre central distribution site is well positioned in the heart of the Midlands, operating a manual sortation system with a capacity to handle in excess of 40,000 parcels per night.

Due to rapid growth and the organisation's aspirations to be the best in class service provider for the home sector we are looking to employ Customer Support Advisors

The Role:

• Interact with customers & responding to enquiries in a professional manner
• Meet all customer needs and exceed expectations
• Provide accurate information to resolve all queries and complaints
• Proactively seek solutions to problems, notifying Management when concerns arise
• Log all customer interactions on internal systems

Requirements:

• Must be professional and computer literate & ideally experience with Live Chat use & Zendesk
• Experience working within a customer service environment preferable.
• Confident communication skills – both written and verbal (In bound call taking)
• Able to handle pressure and remain calm and professional.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
