Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in admin, virtual assistant, or customer service roles
  • Paralegal experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethics
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proactive approach in supporting team and client needs
Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients to prepare and organize evidence
  • Gather, sort, and review documentation for case requirements
  • Provide administrative support related to legal processes
  • Liaise with professionals including insurers, lawyers, doctors, and staff
  • Coordinate client appointments with medical specialists
