Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with a strong background in fitness and personal training to join our growing team. This unique role is ideal for someone who combines outstanding customer service skills with hands-on experience in the fitness industry.

The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service to ensure a superior customer experience. This position involves multi-channel communication and collaboration with internal teams to support the growth and satisfaction of our health-conscious customer base.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone and chat with prompt, accurate, and friendly support.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving.
  • Provide product and service information tailored to customer fitness needs and goals.
  • Leverage fitness knowledge to guide customers on product usage, benefits, and appropriate selections.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions including issues, resolutions, and customer feedback.
  • Process customer transactions such as orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve recurring customer concerns.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in customer service policies and procedures.
  • Stay up to date with company products, fitness trends, and customer service best practices through training and development opportunities.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.

Requirements/Skill Set:

  • Certified Personal Trainer or demonstrated skills in fitness and wellness.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably within an Australian context.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Exceptional communication skill, both written and verbal, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to navigate difficult conversations and provide solutions with patience and professionalism.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience working with or advising customers on fitness-related products is a strong advantage.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Set-up and Location: Work from Home Set-up
Work Schedule: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM AU Eastern Time | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PH time
