Human Resources Generalist

We’re looking for an adaptable and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team! This role supports the employee life cycle after onboarding — from maintaining accurate timekeeping and HR records, to helping drive engagement programs and ensuring smooth employee relations.
You’ll also collaborate with the Workforce team on staffing reports, gaining exposure to HR data and analytics.
This position is ideal for someone willing to learn, eager to be trained, and open to working onsite, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timekeeping & HRIS Records
- Maintain and update employee 201 files (digital and physical)
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee movements in the HRIS
- Prepare and release contracts, process employee movements (regularization, transfer, etc.)
- Staffing Reports & Workforce Collaboration
- Coordinate with the Workforce team to help prepare staffing and headcount reports
- Support in gathering and validating data for regular HR and staffing updates
- Employee Engagement & Communication
- Share and explain HR policies, programs, and benefits to employees
- Help implement rewards and recognition initiatives to celebrate small and big wins
- Support engagement activities to promote a positive and productive work environment
- Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Participate in admin hearings and handle minor case management (attendance issues, policy compliance, etc.)
- Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes (system deactivation, government deletions, etc.)
- Process employee requests (certificates of employment, employment verifications)
- Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees promptly and professionally
- Compliance & Benefits
- Assist with enrollment and deletion in government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Track and process employee incentives (Perfect Attendance Bonus, referral incentives, etc.)
- Help ensure HR processes align with Philippine labor laws and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- At least 3–6 months of HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or related HR experience
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply
- Registered Psychometrician or HR certification is a plus
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR practices
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Amenable to work onsite, on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
- Willing to learn, be trained, and contribute to team success
