Main Responsibilities:
The Service Crew is responsible for the efficient operation of the outlet, including timely ordering, proper stock handling, and accurate inventory recording. Duties involve handling sales and deposits, preparing and cooking R. Lapid’s products, and delivering excellent customer service.The role also includes maintaining cleanliness, ensuring food safety, operating and caring for kitchen equipment, and securing the outlet and its assets. Other tasks may be assigned from time to time as needed.
Education and Experience:
- At least High School Graduate
- With at least 1 year experience as a service crew
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
