Duties and Responsibilities:

Assures quality consistency of products through stages of production
Checks proper dimensions of product and temperature of the production room
Ensures orderliness and cleanliness of production area, as well as staff hygiene
May monitor certain raw material and flavoring consistency and expiry
May perform laboratory work, another testing, and issue certificates of analysis
Knowledge in food safety, halal, iso or FDA regulation are advantages
Report preparation and data collection where necessary Reformulate existing products when necessary
Evaluate existing raw materials and packaging for possible improvements and savings Coordinate with other departments to solve issues with production processes
Develop and improve existing product applications and recipes Develop guidelines for product and process standardization Maintain proper documentation of research activities

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualifications;

At least College Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
At least one (1) year of working experience in a related field, preferably in the Manufacturing/ Production industry with food processing & food packaging exposure as an advantage
Knowledgeability in: GMP, 5S & HACCP
Willing to work or relocate in Navotas, CAMANAVA area
Willing to work in six (6) days a week
