We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Medical Coder to accurately review, interpret, and assign standardized medical codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services rendered by healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

• Review patient medical records and clinical documentation for accurate code assignment
• Assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for diagnoses and procedures
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Nursing
• Active CPC/CCS medical coding certification
• At least 2 years of medical coding experience
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and medical terminology
