Store Manager - Chooks! Cityfront Mall Clark

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Food or Business related course, specifically Hotel Management
• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management
• With at least one (1) year of work experience as Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar work experience
• Similar work experience must be in food service management
• Preferable with financial management background with extensive knowledge in food and beverages
• Financial management background is a mandatory requirement for this position
• Must have specific experience in P&L management
• Must have an above average communications skills - both written and oral
• Must be able to perform well even during under pressure
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules and long work hours
• Must be residing specifically in Clark area
• Must be residing in Mabalacat Pampanga area

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and maintain staff efficiency
• Offer advise on how to effectively run the business
• Supervise other employees on their daily routines and tasks
• Interact with customer to ensure satisfactory experience while dining
• Forecast needs for stocks inventory, and control operational cost
• Ensure sales forecasting and sales achievement
• Handle complaints and feedbacks for corrective action plan implementation
• Ensure compliance to sanitation and safety regulations, food, service, and cleanliness
