We’re looking for a Company Nurse to join our growing team and help us care for the people behind our operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer first aid and respond promptly to medical incidents within the plant or office
• Monitor the health of employees in production areas and provide immediate care when needed
• Maintain accurate records of medical cases, treatments, and daily health monitoring logs
• Submit monthly incident reports and health-related documentation to the Safety Officer and management
• Support implementation of health and wellness programs in coordination with the Safety Officer
• Coordinate with local health authorities on compliance and medical-related concerns
• Manage clinic operations, including inventory of medical supplies and cleanliness
• Assist and conduct routine employee health checks
• Support plant-wide health initiatives, training, or emergency drills
• Perform other administrative or health-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license
• Newly licensed nurses are encouraged to apply
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage, but not required
• Highly attentive, trustworthy, and demonstrates genuine care for employee well-being
• Must be a resident of Cebu City or nearby areas
• Can start immediately
