Job Description:
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams to secure plans, specifications, and documents required for project proposals and estimates.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure compliance with project requirements and cost standards.
- Prepare material, labor, and equipment quantity take-offs and develop cost estimates based on bid documents and project specifications.
- Source and analyze supplier quotations for pricing accuracy, technical compliance, and overall value.
- Develop and maintain M&E construction methodologies, estimating standards, and bid-related reports.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine and international codes, as well as KTMS.PH Integrated Management System procedures.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- Must have valid professional license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission
- At minimum 3 years’ pro-active experience in estimating & bid preparation works.
- Sound working knowledge of ISO standards, Safety rules & regulation and QA/QC standards, Fire & Mechanical/Electrical Code of the Philippines and National Building Code
- Proficient in computer usage & operation such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), MS Project software
- Good communication skills both verbal & written
