Duties and Responsibilities
- Converts editorial content plans into mobile-responsive web pages through HTML, CSS, and JavaScript via developed platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager and other similar content management system platforms
- Provides technical and design assessment on newly developed platforms
- Performs QA to ensure content and platforms’ structured templates and components are working to optimal standards
- Troubleshoots web production issues and escalates to Support Teams as needed
- Keeps a database of archived web pages.
- Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.
- Education – Graduate of Bachelors Degree
- Related Work Experience – At least 1 year of experience in the content management system or web administration (development, design, and maintenance of website content).
- Testing of multiple platforms and browsers for full or acceptable compatibility
- Technical support for web production issues
- Knowledge – Knowledgeable in the following:
- Basic code development for content requiring new structure and templates
- Basic code assessment to ensure that it is valid, properly structured, meets industry standards, and is compatible with browsers, devices, and operating systems.
- Basic prototyping of UI/UX for desktop and mobile
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Working knowledge of AEM and other similar CMS platforms
