Store Associate – Silent Noise Angeles

Silent Noise is looking for a reliable and hardworking Store Associate to support the daily operations of our Angeles branch.

We are looking for someone who can assist customers professionally, maintain showroom cleanliness and organization, help monitor inventory, and support overall branch operations.

Silent Noise is a DJ and music store/community carrying brands such as AlphaTheta, Hercules, Yamaha, AIAIAI, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product inquiries and sales
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and product presentation
• Help monitor inventory and organize stocks
• Assist with incoming and outgoing items
• Support sales transactions and basic branch operations
• Coordinate with the supervisor regarding branch concerns
• Help ensure proper handling and security of products
• Build good relationships with customers and the local music community

Qualifications:

• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Can work well with a team
• Willing to learn DJ equipment, musical instruments, and audio products
• Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage
• Minimum 6 months of retail or customer service experience required
• Knowledge in music, DJing, instruments, or audio gear is a plus but not required
• Computer literate and willing to learn store systems and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
• Positive attitude and good work ethic
• High school graduate or equivalent required
