Job Summary
This role is responsible in attracting talent for RELX Reed Elsevier Philippines. Tasks may include end-to-end hiring process (from sourcing to recruitment), leads generation, phone screening, job fair coordination, reports & data analytics and other adhoc tasks that may be assigned by the Sourcing Supervisor.
Qualifications- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/college degree
- Fresh graduates with Recruitment immersion from a BPO or Shared Services
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership, internal and external customers
- Background in data analytics is preferred but not required
- Flexible with work schedules and open to extended working hours.
- Open to report in Davao (hybrid work set up)
- Can start as soon as possible
