Job Summary:

The HR/Company Nurse (HR Admin Support) delivers essential medical and occupational health services, ensures compliance with safety standards, and supports key HR functions from timekeeping to employee relations and documentation, helping create a healthier and more efficient workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Registered Nurse is preferred
  • With relevant experience as HR/Company Nurse, OSH Nurse, or Admin Nurse Staff (Construction preferred)
  • With Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification for Nurses and Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid Training is an advantage
  • Willing to take on HR Operations and Administrative responsibilities
  • Has experience in HR functions, including timekeeping, employee relations, and administration
  • Computer Literate
  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
  • Demonstrates a warm, compassionate, and approachable disposition in dealing with employees
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Available to start immediately

Job Description:

  • Human Resources Support
  • Assist in HR administration (timekeeping, attendance, leave management, and medical-related benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and HMO)
  • Evaluate fit-to-work clearance/s based on medical assessments
  • Assist in onboarding and employee engagement activities (rank and file employees)
  • Process and forward completed Rank and File employee 201 files to Head Office upon fulfillment of all requirements.
  • Provide support on employee concerns related to wellness, absenteeism, and performance health concerns
  • Other tasks will be assigned from time to time
  • Medical and Health Services
  • Deliver prompt first aid and medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses
  • Perform health assessments, provide basic treatment, and coordinate referrals when needed
  • Ensure accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee medical records
  • Manage clinic supplies and emergency kits to keep services fully ready
  • Support the coordination of annual physical examinations for employees
  • Other tasks will be assigned from time to time
