Warehouse Stock Coordinator

The Warehouse Stock Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory and retrieving stock as needed to fulfill customer orders. This role ensures that all items are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment, supporting the overall efficiency of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve and prepare stock items for shipping based on customer orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts.
• Organize and categorize items within the warehouse for easy access.
• Collaborate with the repair and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or low inventory to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols.
• Assist in the receiving and storage of new stock as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
