HR Supervisor - Compensation and Benefits

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR professional to join our growing team as an HR Supervisor – Compensation & Benefits.

• Supervise payroll processing and benefits administration
• Manage government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Handle salary benchmarking and compensation analysis
• Ensure accuracy of employee compensation and benefits records
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assist in salary adjustments, incentives, and employee concerns
• Prepare compensation and benefits reports for management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems
