The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. System Developer to join our dynamic team in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila. As a Sr. System Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and innovative software systems that drive our business forward.

• Design, develop, and implement complex software applications and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues, ensuring system stability and performance
• Manage and lead the full software development life cycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, programming languages, and industry best practices
• Mentor and guide junior developers, share knowledge, and contribute to the overall growth of the team

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in programming languages such as MS SQL, MS BI Tools, Java, Python, or C#
• 3 - 5 years of project leading and management.
• Proficient in software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Hands-on experience in developing web applications, RESTful APIs, and database management
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
