Software QA/QC Team Lead

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Must have a background in Accounting (required)
• 6–12 months of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Familiarity with SDLC and STLC (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall)
• Experience with web-based systems (e.g., HRIS, Procurement, CRM, ERP modules) is an advantage
• Hands-on experience in test case design, execution, and defect tracking (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Selenium)
• Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages (Java, Python, Shell/PowerShell) is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with minimal supervision
• Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and QA practices
• Relevant QA or software testing certifications are a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain QA/QC policies and procedures
• Conduct audits, inspections, and testing for compliance
• Identify issues, implement corrective actions, and monitor KPIs
• Prepare QA/QC reports and maintain proper documentation
• Train employees on QA/QC standards and best practices
• Analyze client requirements and document workflows/processes
• Support QA process improvements and system implementation
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues
• Provide ongoing client support and ensure smooth system integration
