Job Description

• As General Manager
• Plans, Coordinates and manage business operations particularly in PCB, Quality Assurance and Engineering to achieve corporate goals.
• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of PCB production, assembly engineering and quality control, including manufacturing processes, quality assurance procedures with team leadership.
• Develop actions to manage and improve Product Design Change activity to control quality impact, loss cost, and achieve on-time execution of activity.
• Develops and implements activity that aims to improve quality, increase productivity and efficiency of our production line in relation to the company target.
• Formulate action plans to achieve section target Key Result Area in line with the company set objective and target

• Must be Graduate of Engineering Course (preferably Mechanical, Electronics and Communication, Electrical Engineering), or related technical course.
• With minimum 2-3yrs work experience as General Manager in a Manufacturing Company particularly in PCB, Quality Assurance and Engineering.
• With good leadership skills on managing the production.
• With Strong Personality, Good Motivator and Good in decision making.
• Can speak Japanese fluently.
