Quality Assurance Analyst Micro Analyst - Muntinlupa

About the role

As a Quality Assurance Analyst Micro Analyst at New Flavor House, Inc.', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and safety standards of our food production processes and end products. This full-time position is based in our Potrero Malabon City Metro Manila facility, where you will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections and analyses to identify and resolve any quality issues.

• Performing systematic inspections of raw materials, packaging, and finished products to verify compliance with established quality standards
• Conducting microbiological and chemical analyses to assess product quality and safety
• Documenting and reporting all findings, and recommending corrective actions to address any non-conformances
• Collaborating with production teams to implement quality control processes and procedures
• Maintaining detailed records and logs of all quality assurance activities
• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, and ensuring the company's compliance

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field
• With at least two (2) experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or Micro Analyst in the food manufacturing industry
• Proficient in conducting microbiological and chemical analyses, and interpreting test results
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve quality issues
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with production teams and report findings
• Knowledge of relevant food safety regulations and quality management systems
