Job Summary:
The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Vice President in driving overall sales performance across major and retail accounts. This role is responsible for helping maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

The Assistant Sales Manager also plays a key role in guiding the sales team, monitoring performance, and supporting day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Vice President in acquiring new customers and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Assist in executing sales strategies and initiatives to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base nationwide.
- Handle and follow through on existing demand generated by management.
- Conduct client visits and meetings to understand customer needs, business challenges, and goals.
- Present products and services effectively, highlighting features and benefits to both prospective and existing clients.
- Assist in achieving assigned sales targets through fieldwork and client engagement.
- Support the preparation and review of bid documents prior to submission.
- Help monitor team performance and KPIs, and recommend improvements where needed.
- Provide guidance and day-to-day support to Sales Executives and Sales Admin staff.
- Participate in coaching sessions and assist in conducting check-ins with team members to address challenges and support development.
- Analyze sales data and contribute insights to improve sales processes and team effectiveness.
- Help foster a collaborative, transparent, and performance-driven team culture.
- Assist in reviewing and validating team-related administrative requirements such as liquidation, reimbursements, cash advances, and order payments.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the Vice President or immediate supervisor.
