Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, email, etc.)
- Manage social media accounts and content calendar
- Run paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and monitor performance
- Analyze campaign data (CTR, CPC, conversions) and create reports
- Optimize website/landing pages for SEO and user experience
- Coordinate with design/content team for creatives
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- At least 1–2 years experience in digital marketing (or fresh grads with strong internship experience)
- Knowledge of:
- Facebook Ads / Meta Business Suite
- Google Ads & Google Analytics
- SEO & SEM basics
- Strong analytical and communication skills
