Overview:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role will be a hybrid of customer support and marketing tasks, with a strong emphasis on managing and updating our WordPress website, helping drive social media engagement, and assisting with design needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer support via chat (Intercom) and occasionally by phone
Update and maintain our WordPress website (adding new pages, updating content, basic SEO)
Assist with social media scheduling, posting, and engagement
Support light graphic design tasks (editing images in Photoshop or Canva)
Collaborate with the team on research and marketing-related tasks

We have already hired via this site and its working out great so looking to increase our team.

Schedule would be 40 hours a week with a a rotating schedule for weekends with the other team members.
