MARKETING EXECUTIVE - OLAYN MEDICAL LABORATORY INC.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BSBA Major in Marketing Management or equivalent course
• With experience is a plus
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
• Average to fast typing skills
• With a pleasing personality
• Good communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintains good customer relations before and after services rendered.
2. Submits the client specification file to the OIC and President/CEO for approval and for system encoding and file securely thereafter.
3. Submit daily itinerary and report thru email regarding marketing transactions to the OIC and President/CEO.
4. Secure MOA (Memorandum of Agreement) and Data Privacy Agreement from the client and file securely thereafter.
5. Submits customer's feedback on the marketed clients on a weekly basis.
6. Submit monthly marketing report at a specified date and time.
7. Upholds 7S standards in the department and address concern immediately.
8. Follow the DOH and ISO guidelines.
9. Participates actively in the Quality Improvement related activities of the clinic.
10. Performs other tasks and duties as may be assigned by the Management.
