About the Role:
Yondu Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of critical projects within the banking industry. What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage the planning, execution, and closure of projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve issues and risks to keep projects on track
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders
- Ensure project documentation and reporting are maintained to a high standard
- Mentor and support junior project team members
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the banking industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organise, and coordinate multiple tasks and resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in the use of project management tools and software
- Agile project management experience is a plus
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage
