• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies
• Highly motivated and deadline-driven
• Detail- and results-oriented
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions

• Identify gaps in current systems and processes, propose improvements, and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and optimize IT systems to support business objectives

• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps within IT systems and workflows
• Propose and develop solutions to optimize processes, reduce redundancy, and improve system performance
• Conduct thorough business process and workflow analysis to find improvement areas
• Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Analyze user feedback and system data to identify optimization opportunities
• Design and implement process improvements, system upgrades, or new functionalities in coordination with IT teams
• Develop business cases and recommend system enhancements to senior management
• Act as liaison between business units and IT, ensuring solutions meet business needs
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements
• Provide ongoing support for smooth implementation of new processes and systems
• Collect and analyze data to assess impact of changes and prepare reports
• Track KPIs to measure efficiency and user satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovations for continuous improvement
