Position Overview
The Education Consultant is responsible for student recruitment, consultation, and enrolment processing for international education opportunities in Australia. This role involves guiding prospective students through course selection, application, visa preparation, and pre-departure processes while maintaining professional communication and achieving enrolment targets.
The consultant serves as a key representative of U&I Global, ensuring high-quality service, accurate information, and efficient processing aligned with Australian education and immigration standards.
Key Responsibilities- Student Recruitment & Consultation
- Provide professional consultation to prospective students regarding study options in Australia
- Assess student eligibility based on academic background, financial capacity, and visa requirements
- Recommend suitable courses, institutions, and career pathways aligned with student goals
- Respond to inquiries via Facebook, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels within required timeframe
- Conduct online and face-to-face consultations when required
- Application Processing & Documentation
- Assist students in preparing and completing school applications
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of required documents
- Coordinate submission of applications to partner institutions
- Monitor application progress and follow up with schools and students
- Assist with Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) processing
- Visa Assistance Support
- Guide students on visa requirements and documentation checklist
- Assist in collecting and organizing visa documents
- Coordinate with the visa processing teamf
- Ensure timely submission and proper documentation compliance
- Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation
- Respond to inquiries from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, and other platforms
- Follow up and convert social media inquiries into consultations and enrolments
- Post and share company-approved marketing content on assigned platforms
- Assist in creating basic content such as:
- Student success stories
- Visa grant posts
- Student testimonials
- Office activities and events
- Educational information posts
- Engage with prospective students by replying to comments, messages, and inquiries
- Identify potential leads from social media groups and online communities
- Maintain professional and consistent online presence aligned with U&I Global branding
- Marketing & Business Development Support
- Assist in promoting U&I Global services through social media and online platforms
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, career talks, and recruitment events
- Support student engagement activities and referral programs
- Maintain strong relationships with students and alumni
- Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports
- Track student applications and visa progress
- Meet assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Follow company policies, procedures, and workflow systems
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not required)
- Experience in education consultancy, sales, recruitment, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Australian student visa process is an advantage
