About the role
This is a full-time Customer Service Representative role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Customer Service Representative at ALORICA TELESERVICES, INC.', you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients.You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
What you'll be doing- Answering and responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in English and the local language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for customer service
