Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for healthcare professionals across the U.S. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent while building strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership.The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for U.S. healthcare or medical positions, or is an experienced recruiter who is highly adaptable, quick to learn, and eager to grow.

- Google Suite
- Canva
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, attract, and engage qualified healthcare professionals through various recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with leadership to improve recruitment strategies and hiring processes.
- Understand hiring market trends and develop creative sourcing techniques.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations.
- Prepare job offers and develop strategic closing plans to secure top candidates.
- Negotiate compensation packages and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Credential new healthcare providers and ensure all required documentation is completed.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams while also working independently to meet hiring goals.
- Prioritize multiple openings and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience recruiting for U.S. healthcare or medical positions is highly preferred.
- Candidates without healthcare recruitment experience may be considered if they have extensive full-cycle recruitment experience and demonstrate strong learning ability.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically when attracting candidates.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire for professional and financial success.
- Proficient with Indeed, Google Suite, Canva, and LinkedIn (MUST).

- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)
