Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead our revenue generation efforts and secure market dominance. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who can balance sophisticated account management with rigorous financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and optimize sales processes to consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets across all service divisions.
- Utilize sophisticated Yield Management and pricing controls to achieve targeted utilization rates and maximize average daily revenue.
- Identify target markets and high-paying accounts, specifically establishing and developing long-term relationships with Corporate and Government prospects.
- Maintain deep awareness of competitor pricing and marketing programs through analytical tools to proactively respond to shifting market conditions.
- Ensure the sales team is developed effectively, embracing a culture of high-quality standards and proactive selling while training staff on revenue-maximizing techniques.
- Oversee communication across all departments to ensure the successful execution of high-level meetings and professional functions.
- Preferably a graduate of a Business-related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior management capacity handling complex, high-value accounts.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard Information Systems, Digital Marketing tools, and professional sales activities.
- Advanced mastery of Customer Focus, Time and Task Management, and Adaptability in high-pressure situations.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-departmental teams.
- Models high standards of behavior, maintains strict confidentiality, and encourages open communication throughout the organization.
