• Ensure that site works, detailed plans, design layouts and drawings confirms with engineering practices, local building codes, applicable standards and local government requirements, and environmental regulations and compliance.
• Oversee all construction activities and all maintenance work. Responsible in implementing the scope of works. Monitoring of Project schedule and ensure timely completion of project within the budget. Conduct regular project site inspections and prepare overall site status/progress reports and percentage of project completion. Responsible on ensuring repair, maintenance (breakdown & preventive), and rehabilitation or renovation to maintain good operating conditions for the client's retail gasoline stations within the assigned region.
• Collaborate with Retail Network and Design Engineer on propose new construction or re-construction project regarding station layout, design and specifications, conduct pre-bid meetings with contractors and assistance to procurement during bidding and awarding of projects to the winning contractor. Prepare scope of work for NTI Stations, re-opening works, re-imaging works, typhoon damage repair works and other related maintenance repair works
• Prepare material requisition and coordination with procurement in creation of purchase order of all materials and equipment necessary for construction projects.
• Coordinate with contractor in securing and obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.
• Leading charge in implementing maintenance work, aligning technical concerns on site and ensuring that all facilities and equipment necessary for construction projects.
• Attend to retail operations and dealer's concerns on station facilities and equipment. Prepare job orders for repair and/or replacement of equipment. Monitor status of work requests and update database of all facilities and equipment of all retail stations in his/her respective area.
• Validate completed works by contractors and evaluate contractors performance.
• Perform other related task as may be assigned from time to time.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical, or any equivalent degrees.
• Must have at least three (3) years of working experience in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent
• At least two (2) years experience in maintenance of gasoline station facilities and equipment.
• Experience in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics work is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, experienced in talking with people of different levels.
• Amenable to work nationwide.
• Knows how to drive is an advantage. (for field work)
