Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full procurement cycle, from sourcing and negotiation to purchase order creation.
Coordinate logistics for incoming materials and ensure timely delivery.
Analyze costs and forecast inventory needs to maintain optimal stock levels.
Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong, high-integrity relationships with suppliers.

Qualifications/Requirements
QualificationsExperience: Minimum 1 year in procurement, purchasing, or logistics.
Industry Knowledge: Familiar with construction supplies (tiles, specifications, and pricing). Experience in importation and local sourcing is a major advantage.
Technical Skills: Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
Soft Skills: Proven ability in price negotiation, vendor evaluation, and demand forecasting.
