We are looking to hire a highly an experienced and highly motivated Patient Assistance Specialist (PAS) under Patient Experience Division that can be assigned in Patient & Customer Relations Department (Admissions & Registration, HMO), Information Services or in the Contact Center.S/He provides assistance to patients and navigates the patient's care collaboratively across multiple disciplines, departments, and healthcare providers within the system to achieve seamless patient care which involves the assessment and provision of all resources necessary to support the patient and the family.
Additionally, as one of the frontline representatives of the hospital, he/she may provide assistance in varying aspect may it be handling inbound and outbound communications with patients and other stakeholders through phone, email, chat, and social media channels and even face-to-face depending on the area of assignment.
Moreover, as champions of patient experience and branding, s/he ensures that any issues or concerns that may affect the reputation of the organization are proactively addressed. Also, s'he maintains the accurate and timely delivery of information, facilitates appointment coordination, and provides a positive and seamless patient experience.Ultimately, s/he supports the Patient Experience Division's goal of delivering high-quality, compassionate, and seamless patient journey across all points of care (before, during, and after treatment) in alignment with hospital standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably business-related, Nursing, Psychology, Mass Communication, or any related field.
- Experience in healthcare customer service is an advantage.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills, excellence communication abilities, and a high level of empathy and professionalism.
- Willing to work in shifting schedule and onsite.
