OFFICE ENGINEER

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering and construction projects, ensuring proper documentation, planning, and communication among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and review of engineering documents and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the site team as needed.
• Prepare and submit reports related to project status and performance.
• Facilitate effective communication between the office and the field teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2 to 10 years of experience in an engineering or construction-related role.
• Proficient in engineering software and tools, including AutoCAD and project management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
