Role: Technical Support SpecialistWork Arrangement: Work From Office
Location: Makati
Schedule: Morning Shift
Job Description:
Provide friendly, proactive technical support to clients and internal employees.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues directly with customers where possible.
Log faults with the appropriate carrier and keep customers updated on resolution progress.
Maintain comprehensive records in Zendesk, detailing each step taken to resolve faults.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience working in an Internet Service Provider (ISP) environment.
Technical experience in a similar industry is highly desirable.
