Position: 1 Quantity Surveyor

1. Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documentation.
2. Evaluate contractor and subcontractor quotations.
3. Monitor project budgets and costs to ensure alignment with financial goals.
4. Conduct regular cost reporting and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Administer contracts and manage variations, claims, and dispute resolutions.
6. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations.
7. Assist in procurement strategy and prepare bills of quantities (BOQs).
8. Conduct value engineering and cost-saving analysis.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
10. Support final account settlement and post-project evaluation

1. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
3. Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and contracts.
4. Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in cost estimating and project management software
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
