Site Architect - Manila

1521 Development Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Architect with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila.

As a Site Architect, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the architectural aspects of our construction projects, ensuring quality, adherence to design specifications, and smooth coordination on-site.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Licensed Architect in the Philippines

Preferably has background experience in design

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Site Architect or in a similar role in construction projects.

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
