Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between local teams and Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, or partners.
  • Project Documentation & Translation: Translate project documents, emails, and reports between Mandarin and English.
  • Project Tracking: Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and facilitate meetings, ensuring clear communication and documenting action items.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify, document, and help resolve project delays or risks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Language: Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience: Previous experience in project coordination, preferably within innovation, FMCG, CPG, or engineering sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and, project management software,.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and, communication skills.
