About the role
We are seeking a Billing Assistant to join our dynamic team at LA Bella Lifestyle Properties Inc. in our Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City office. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable and credit control processes.
What you'll be doing- Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Follow up on outstanding payments and manage the accounts receivable process
- Maintain detailed records of all billing and payment transactions
- Reconcile accounts and identify any discrepancies
- Issue Sales Invoice/Official receipts to Buyers
- Provide support to the finance team with credit control activities
- Assist with other ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a billing or accounts receivable role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines
