Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordination and Communication
Allowance issuance to serviceman
Accomplishment of delivery report-outlet
Updating daily KPI
Coordination with sales/retail on delivery status
Invoice completion
Driver's coordination on in transit delivery i.e. in transit breakdown, SO cancellation, special instructions.

Qualifications:

Preferably college graduate of any business course.
Proficient on computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Have good inter-personal relation skills
Good team worker
Can work in minimal supervision
Dependable, have initiative
