The Role

We're looking for a Senior Medical Copywriter to join our team and help us win and retain clients. In this role, you'll craft compelling B2B content that communicates the value of our patient recruitment services to pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and sponsors — from website to case studies, sales collateral, and thought-leadership content.

This is a fully remote position, ideal for an experienced copywriter who understands clinical research from the sponsor/CRO side and can speak credibly to a medical and pharma industry audience.

• Write clear, persuasive B2B copy that positions our patient recruitment services to pharma, biotech, and CRO clients — including website copy, case studies, patient survey, and newsletters.
• Develop case studies and success stories that demonstrate recruitment outcomes and ROI for past clients
• Create sales enablement materials (one-pagers, brochures, email sequences) that support the business development team
• Write thought-leadership content — articles, whitepapers, and LinkedIn posts — that builds credibility with a clinical research audience
• Translate complex clinical trial and recruitment methodology into content that resonates with sponsors, clinical operations leads, and procurement decision-makers
• Collaborate closely with business development, marketing, and operations teams to align messaging with service offerings and market positioning
• Stay current on clinical trial industry trends, competitor positioning, and regulatory context to keep content sharp and relevant
• Maintain consistent tone and messaging across all client-facing materials

• 7+ years of copywriting experience, with a strong portfolio in B2B, pharmaceutical, or clinical research/CRO marketing
• Strong marketing writing skills — able to craft persuasive, benefit-led copy that drives action, not just describes services
• Solid understanding of clinical trial processes and terminology, ideally with knowledge of patient recruitment or enrolment challenges from the sponsor/CRO perspective
• Proven experience writing B2B content for a medical, pharma, or life sciences audience — sales collateral, case studies, proposals, or similar
• Strong grasp of what motivates pharma/CRO buyers (timelines, enrolment rates, cost-per-patient, site performance) and how to speak to those pain points
• Excellent research skills and ability to quickly get up to speed on new therapeutic areas and client offerings
• Strong collaboration skills — comfortable working with business development, operations, and clinical teams
• A degree in life sciences, communications, marketing, or a related field is highly regarded (not essential with strong experience)
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment

• Experience writing for a CRO, clinical trial technology provider, or patient recruitment company specifically
• Background in clinical research coordination, medical writing, or pharma marketing
• Familiarity with proposal/RFP processes in the clinical trials industry
