Job Overview

We are seeking a Data Services Specialist to support our client in the automotive industry. This role involves managing and organizing the client’s invoices with accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.

• Check Processing: Process on-demand check requests, including generic, titles, lien payoffs, dealer trades, and vehicle purchases.
• Electronic Payments: Process Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) specifically for lien payoffs.
• Queue Management: Handle assigned queues, including Cancellations, Dealer Trades, and
• Problem Resolution: Resolve check request discrepancies and processing problems originating from the Support Desk, vendors, and stores via email and phone.

• Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language effectively.
• Knowledge in Automotive Repair/Car Dealership is a plus but not required.
• Education & Experience:
• Working in a fast-paced environment: Ability to produce a high volume of work while maintaining strict accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Proven interest in technology and technology startups: Experience handling high volumes of paperwork across multiple computer database systems.
• At least one (1) year of CSR and back office experience in automotive accounts is an advantage: Experience interacting with internal customers and external lenders regarding automotive financial documents (titles, lien payoffs, dealer trades) is highly beneficial.

• Training: Onsite
• Work-from-Home: Temporary until further notice
• Schedule: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT but may change depending on business

• Rest Days: Fixed Weekends Off!
