Key Responsibilities
Staff Supervision- Assist in hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff
- Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
- Ensure team compliance with company policies and service standards
- Oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts
- Ensure quality of food, presentation, and service
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist in managing budgets and controlling costs
- Monitor daily sales and prepare basic reports
- Track inventory and place supply orders
- Minimize waste and prevent stock shortages
- Greet and interact with customers
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Handle special requests and service recovery
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (preferred)
- 2yrs experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Willing to relocate
