SUMMARY:

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for managing customer service requests, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. This role serves as the main point of contact between customers, the service team, sales, and operations to ensure customer concerns are properly addressed and service commitments are met.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service Management
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services and service schedules.
  • Ensure customer concerns are properly documented and resolved.
Service Coordinator
  • Coordinate service scheduled with technicians and service personnel.
  • Monitor and track service request to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in organizing manpower, tools and required parts for service operations
Coordination with Sales and Operations
  • Communicate with the Sales Department to align customer commitments with service schedules.
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure vehicle readiness, manpower availability, and logistics requirement.
  • Provide regular service updates both Sales and Operations teams.
Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain records of service requests, service reports, and customer communications.
  • Prepare service-related reports when required.
  • Ensure proper documentation for service transactions and internal records.
Customer Relationship Support
  • Follow up with customers regarding service status and completion.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and service support.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, service coordination, or administrative support is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
