Senior HR Generalist

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and highly capable Senior HR Generalist (or HR Supervisor) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with solid HR experience and proven leadership skills, who is ready to step into a more strategic and independent position.The successful candidate will be considered for promotion to Assistant HR Manager based on performance and leadership potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and records management
- Conduct interviews, initial screenings, and onboarding processes independently
- Supervise and mentor junior HR staff, providing guidance and support where needed
- Assist in implementing and improving HR policies, procedures, and compliance efforts
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure labor law compliance
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and manage HR requests
- Handle disciplinary actions, employee concerns, and conflict resolution professionally
- Lead or support special projects such as performance evaluations, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs
- Provide regular HR reports and insights to management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, including exposure to all-around HR functions
- With prior experience supervising or leading a team, even in a junior capacity
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and documentation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Independent, resourceful, and eager to take ownership of tasks
- Committed to professional growth and long-term development within the company
