- Experience working with IBM System i (AS/400) environments
- Familiarity with RPG (RPG IV) and/or COBOL on AS/400
- Exposure to legacy systems and application support environments
- Understanding of databases and data integrity concepts
- Familiarity with system monitoring and basic performance optimization
- A problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and collaborate

- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues
- Provide ongoing support for business systems and applications
