Job Summary
Quality Assurance Analyst role is to ensure that food safety standards are met. Controlling production hygiene and quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Initiates and implements all quality assurance programs in QAD-SI
- Ensure that all equipment and instrumentation is in good working order and that all relevant certification and records are kept up-to-date
- Performs random inspection area for GMP/HACCP compliance including CCP and OPRP
- Ensure the general maintenance of the Laboratory and common areas of the building, including cleaning and maintaining the laboratory
- Licensed Chemist/Chemical Technician
- Knowledgeable of quantitative and qualitative analysis method and techniques; standard laboratory equipment and its care and use
- Fundamentals of sampling techniques, laboratory quality assurance and quality control practices
- Basic statistical analysis calculation
- Set up, operate, and perform minor maintenance on a variety of laboratory equipment; perform and interpret the results, perform accurate calculations; analyze complex quality problems and arrive at reasonable conclusions
