3D Interior Designer and Visualizer (Revit) - Hybrid

Work Set-Up and Schedule: Hybrid (3x in the office) and Dayshift (AU Working Hours).

This role will work collaboratively with the Lead Designers, Senior Interior Designers, Documentation Manager and Head of Delivery to assist with the creation of 3D Designs and Visualizations.

• Create appealing and attractive 3D rendered Interior Visualization Imagery using Autodesk Revit models and finishes/material packs provided by the design team.
• Develop custom 3D materials and assets based on sample boards and swatches.
• Working with designers to incorporate design feedback and progress design solutions.
• Interpret 2D design documentation (plans, elevations, sections etc.) and accurately convert them into detailed 3D models and visualizations.
• Maintain an efficient Revit-to-rendering pipeline (using tools like MS-D5, Lumion, or similar real-time visualization software) for seamless handoff and output.
• Perform basic 3D modelling and cleanup within Revit and/or visualization platforms to prepare scenes for rendering.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or any other related fields.
• At least 5+ years of professional experience in 3D visualization, preferably within commercial interiors or workplace fit-outs.
• Proficient in using tools such as Autodesk Revit-D5, MS-D5 (D5 Render), Lumion and Adobe Photoshop for 3D visualization, real-time rendering, and post-production editing.
• Experience in using 3Ds Max, V-ray, Enscape, and Blender can also be considered.
• Experience creating and modifying custom 3D materials and assets based on finishes packs, mood boards, and swatches.
• Detail-oriented; strong eye for spatial design and interior styling to ensure visualizations align with design intent and brand standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy and high-quality outputs.
• Amenable to Work in Hybrid Set Up (3x in the office) at One Ayala, Makati City
• Amenable to Work in Early Dayshift (6AM to 3PM).
