About the role
Sanxiao Philippines Inc., a dynamic and rapidly growing company, is seeking an experienced HR and Accounting Supervisor to join our team. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing the human resources and accounting functions for our Quezon City office.Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operations and financial management of our organization.
What you'll be doing- Managing and overseeing all HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
- Handling payroll processing and maintaining accurate employee records
- Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
- Providing support and guidance to managers on HR-related issues
- Overseeing the accounting and financial operations of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, billing, and financial reporting
- Collaborating with the finance team to maintain the company's financial integrity and implement robust internal controls
- Analyzing financial data and providing insights to management to support informed decision-making
- Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HR and Accounting Supervisor role, preferably in a fast-paced, growing company
- Strong knowledge of HR and accounting principles, policies, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the company
- Proficient in using HR and accounting software, as well as Microsoft Office suite
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards
Work Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm (Monday - Friday)
Work Set-up: Onsite Work at our Cubao Office
