Executive Operations Assistant
Coordinate purchase orders and supplier deliveries
Prepare operational, inventory, and sales reports
Monitor branch compliance and operational concerns
✅ Coordinate with HR, Accounting, Auditor, and Area Sales Manager
✅ Assist in expansion and business development projects
✅ Conduct branch visits and operational audits when necessary
✅ Ensure timely submission of reports from branches
Willing to travel to different branch locations

T&J8 Consumers Electronic Trading is looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and results-driven individual to work directly with the CEO and COO in overseeing and monitoring business operations across multiple branches.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor daily sales and branch performanceCheck and verify sales remittances and bank deposits
Monitor inventory levels and stock movements
Assist in stock allocation and sales forecastingCoordinate purchase orders and supplier deliveries
Prepare operational, inventory, and sales reports
Monitor branch compliance and operational concerns
✅ Coordinate with HR, Accounting, Auditor, and Area Sales Manager
✅ Assist in expansion and business development projects
✅ Conduct branch visits and operational audits when necessary
✅ Ensure timely submission of reports from branches
✅ Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the CEO and COO
Qualifications:
Graduate of Business, Management, Accounting, IT, or any related course
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Experience in retail operations, inventory management, administration, or auditing is an advantageWilling to travel to different branch locations
Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information
Can work independently and under minimal supervision
